Chemo Day 2

Today was a rather uneventful day compared to yesterday. The chemo treatment was short (about an hour) and I was out of there by 11:00 AM. I was pretty tired for most of the afternoon. I think I slept for about 3 hours but was otherwise fine and up for things.

So far so good. One more tomorrow.

Uneventful is good. Just enjoy the orange juice and cookies.

Hi Olaf!

Today we will visit the 'Fraueninsel' at Lake Chiemsee. And there we will pay a visit to 'Kloster Frauenchiemsee'- founded nearly 1250 years ago by Saint Irmengard (a great grandchild of Emperor 'Charles the Great'/Charlemagne). She is reputed to have, very successfully, helped the sick and needy and is still being helt in high esteem. When you make an entry into the convent's 'wish-list' all the nuns will pray for you - in the name of Irmengard, the
convent's founder. And so will we.
Good luck and all the very best from your friends Carola & Ralf

Talked with Dave Fredrickson recently, and he was quite concerned says he will pray for you as well.
