David

David took some time off from his work and family and decided to come for a longer visit from yesterday afternoon until this evening. We did pretty much anything two grown men would have to do in two days: We played a game called 'Heroscape', ate burgers and fries, played guitar, watched a movie, had Sushi lunch, went for a run, visited Long&Mcquade and spent a lot of time talking. How much fun is that for 24 hours? David also brought their family dog 'Hudson' who he left behind for another day so we could babysit her. We love Hudson and it is nice to have dog in the house again.

David and I went to Las Vegas last December where he ran the half and I the full Marathon. Today, as we went for a run I had to walk every two minutes or so. I assume that one of the reasons for my lack of endurance is my low red blood count at the moment due to the Chemo. Strange how life can change in 6 months...

Anyway, I had a great time David. Let's do it again soon.
